Driving Map to Fort Bragg, CA

You can get road conditions from the CA Department of Transportation.

From the Bay Area (170 miles; 4 hours)

Drive north from San Francisco on Highway 101 for 80 miles, and take the last Cloverdale exit (to Highway 128 Intersection). Take Highway 128 west for 56 miles to the Coast, passing by Yorkville, Boonville, and Philo on your way through the Anderson Valley wine country. At the intersection of Highway 128 and Highway 1, continue straight ahead onto Highway 1. Travel north on Highway 1 for 19 miles to Fort Bragg.

From Sacramento (190 miles; 4:30)

Go north on I-5 for 60 miles to Williams, then turn west onto Highway 20. Take Highway 20 west for 78 miles until you reach Highway 101, just 5 miles north of Ukiah. Head north on 101 for 15 miles to Willits. Take Highway 20 west for 33 miles until you reach Highway One in Fort Bragg. At the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 20, turn right (north) to Fort Bragg.

From Eureka

Take Highway 101 south to Highway 1 in Leggett and continue south on Highway 1 to Fort Bragg. (About 135 miles/3 hours)
