Night History Walk in Downtown Fort Bragg
—Posted Monday, May 2nd, 2011 at 10:56 pm—
Among the more interesting events during the 2011 Heritage Days of Mendocino County is the night history walk in downtown Fort Bragg.
On May 7, 14, and 21, Docent Derek Hoyle from the Guest House Museum ($5 donation) will show you historic buildings and share the major events that built Fort Bragg since its founding in 1857.
To make your tour more interesting, Gail and I will give you a copy of Street Corners of Fort Bragg, a Historical Walking Tour map.
Meet at 7 pm at the Guest House, on the West side of Main Street between Laurel and Redwood, just three blocks from the Atrium Bed and Breakfast Inn.
